This study aimed to evaluate the phytotoxic effects of glyphosate increasing doses in Aspidosperma desmanthum Benth. ex Müll. Arg. young plants. Doses of glyphosate applied one year after planting were: T1 - 86.4, T2 - 172.8, T3 - 345.6 g i.a ha-1 and T4 – check (without application). Evaluations of visual phytointoxication were conducted at 7, 14, 21, 28 and 180 days after application (DAA) of herbicide, in order that in the first and last evaluations measures of trunk diameter and height were developed. Herbicides doses caused light phytotoxicity, with necrosis in leaves, showing a tendency of recovery at 180 DAA.Downloads
